We can customize with anything you would like- a special song, traditional wedding vows, vows you wrote yourself, a poem, a love letter….the possibilities are endless! Classic yet unique; this personalized wall decor is sure to draw many compliments!

Gift Ideas: Most popular are Engagement, Bridal Shower, Wedding, Anniversary {Did you know the first anniversary is traditionally considered the “Paper Anniversary?”- This would be perfect!}! Also great for Nursery decor with a nursery rhyme, or Mothers Day or Father's Day gift {Maybe write a letter, or include a favorite song or poem} or a unique Christmas gift!

1. Colors:
Tree and large accent heart will be white. Please choose a color for background {you may choose to have another color as a border to the heart if you wish- just let me know!} You can visualize the color options by looking through listing pictures above. - please understand there may be some slight variation of the color you choose depending on what is available to me. Burlap is also an available option for the background.

2. Accent Heart details:
Please tell me the first initials to be “carved in the tree,” AND the details you want on the larger heart

3. Lyrics/Vows:
Please copy and paste {into the note to seller box} the wording/lyrics you want on the tree.

4. Birds:
Please tell me how many birds you want in the tree and what they are representing. Please be specific - for example: "Male and female with 3 kids- 2 boys and a girl" I will arrange the birds how I feel is most aesthetically pleasing depending on the amount of birds I am working with. If you are requesting more than 10 birds please message me about additional pricing. If you prefer no birds that is totally fine.

4. Font:
Bold PilGi font will be used for the lyrics/vows, unless otherwise requested. BlackJack font will be used for the accent heart details, unless otherwise requested.

Almost all items are personalized! You do not have to request a custom order to have your item personalized! In the item description you will see a list of the information I will need you to leave for me in the "Note to BasektfulOfGrace" box when checking out.

When purchasing some of our items you may see a drop-down menu with various options containing cards. The "With Card/Note" option is referring to a handmade greeting card that matches the item you purchased. You can see what the card is like here: http://etsy.me/2k4LtVK

When purchasing 3D items you will see a drop-down menu with various options. The "Matte Only" option is referring to the white matte you see between the art and the frame. This option does not come framed, but in a matte with a study backing. We offer this option for customers that prefer to buy a different style frame than the ones we offer.

Production time is 3-5 business days; we are usually operating at 5. Shipping only takes a few days within the US. We understand timing can be important with gift-giving, so we do usually offer a rush option which will have your order shipping within 1-2 business days. You can find it in the "Rush Production Upgrade" section of our shop, or linked into most item descriptions.

Shipping internationally can be hard to predict, but generally takes 2-3 weeks. Please note your item may get held up in customs and extra fees may be required to obtain it. This is out of our control and Basketful Of Grace is not associated with these fees. I am unable to predict if, when, or where this will occur.

We are happy to send proofs upon request and will work with you to ensure your love your personalized art!

We do not accept cancellations after a proof has been created, because of the the time already spent creating your customized order. However, if you prefer, we will refund all but $20 (to cover the time already spent creating your art).

Traditional map prints are like any other print you would see with a map on it. Our 3D maps are printed maps that are then hand cut and assembled with a slightly raised adhesive giving the art a unique floating effect. Both are unique and beautiful and compliment different styles and budgets. 3D maps are $15 more.

Yes, but it is limited. We are willing to ship to Canada, Australia, and Ireland. Unfortunately these are the only countries that we consistently ship to with no problems. Many many others have been returned or gone missing so we had to discontinue the majority of international shipping options. I'm sorry!

You may consider ordering with a request for a digital file instead ... we are happy to accommodate in this way!

Yes! We offer this upon request. You can just ask in your order note that we send a high resolution file instead of printing and shipping your item. Message us for a code for $5 off before your purchase! Production time will still be 3-5 days.
