Korbell Leads is a small company producing dog leads and collars, all handmade by me, when you order. I established the business in 2010 in the UK and although I am now living in France, all the materials I use to make the collars and leads are still sourced from my UK suppliers, insuring consistently high quality.
The premium round leather collars and leads are mostly purchased by the dog showing fraternity, however, by selecting the correct size, many of the products can be used by the discerning pet owner.

Made with premium quality, supple leather, sourced from Britain. This is solid round leather, not flat rolled leather and is perfect for not marking or flattening your dog's coat. It's lightweight but strong.

All the products are handcrafted by me in the 'workshop corner' of my French kitchen - closely watched by my Beagles; hoping for a tasty leather off-cut!

All orders are sent within 2 working days, via International Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-4 days within Europe, a little longer to other continents.

Slip Leads
Ease of use and suitability for most breeds in the show ring makes the slip lead a popular choice. It is ideal for breeds that are shown on a loose lead or for those who require the lead to be laid back on the shoulder when in the 'stack'.
Soft, supple leather suits many dogs who dislike being shown on a chain.

You can chose from the standard lengths and widths listed or please feel free to contact me if you require a 'customised' lead. All leads are made to order, so producing something a little bit different is no problem at all.

Size Matters
Selecting the correct size of slip lead is very straightforward with no neck measurement necessary but don’t forget to factor into the overall length the amount that will be taken up by your dog’s neck,
If you show a large breed which stands close to your side when moving and when stacked, you will not need a long lead, nothing is more irritating than a tangle of lead scrunched into the palm of your hand! If you have a smaller dog or gait your show dog on a longer, looser lead you will obviously need a longer lead. If in doubt, use a reasonably strong piece of string, mock up various lengths and decide which is most suitable and comfortable for you and your dog. I’m more than happy to offer advice on sizing, just message me.
