Absolutely! It is sometimes difficult to determine an accurate shipping rate before checkout, so if you are overcharged, any excess will be refunded. If desired, I can create a custom listing for you before purchase with an exact shipping rate. Contact me with your zip code if this is your preference.

Yes. All packages containing lamp shades, accent lamps, and pillow covers will be insured for the cost of the item. This insurance does not cover theft after the package has been delivered to your house. Please let me know if you would like your package to require a signature confirmation. The USPS charges a small additional fee for this option. I am not responsible for stolen packages after they have been delivered.

If your package arrives damaged or is lost, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the shipper and in providing a replacement lamp shade.

Your purchase has been insured, so we'll work together to obtain a refund. I'll get a replacement shade out to you once we have established a claim with the shipping carrier.

Sure! While there are exceptions, here are some guidelines that might be helpful:

- Shade Diameter: A good shade diameter may be 2X the lamp base at it's widest point. Or, another method is to choose a shade diameter that is within 2" of the height of the lamp base.

- Shade Height: The shade height is usually 40% of the total height of the lamp, including the shade.
