It was unfortunate that the order arrived with a cracked pot (mishandling during shipping perhaps) but Marie is extremely responsive and nice about it--she sent me a second, new cactus right away free of charge, and even provided me with an extra mini pot in case I want to try and fix the first cactus!
The second cactus arrived really fast and was super-securely wrapped. I will definitely order more stuff from Marie's shop again in the future! keep up the great work.
