Hardened and Wear Resistant Stainless Steel

The CoinRingUSA® Reduction Press Plate Kit to Fix or Repair Uneven Wobbly Rings and to Forge Coin Rings

Now you can use this Repair Die/Compression Press Plate made from a solid piece of hardened stainless steel and the BONUS (red or black) impact-resistant urethane pad to help get rid of the “wobble” in a coin ring as well as using it as a compression press plate when reducing and finishing off your coin ring(s). This is accomplished by putting the repair die in-between the ram head on either your arbor press or your hydraulic press and the reeded side of your coin.

If your coin becomes uneven, or "wonky"; (commonly found on thinner, smaller coins that have high reliefs such as the Washington Quarter), you can use this Coin Ring Repair Die and Urethane Pad on any ring sizing machine, arbor press, or hydraulic press to help straighten the ring out. This piece is useful, as a lot of hydraulic shop presses have a ram head that is not big enough to cover your coin ring.

The bonus piece of impact-resistant urethane pad (red-colored or black, depending on availability) which is formulated for cut-resistance and memory retention; acts as a buffer between the ram head of your ring sizing machine, arbor press or hydraulic press and the coin to help protect the reeded edge of the coin ring from damage.

This Repair Die and Urethane Pad Kit is a great addition to any Coin Ring makers' toolbox.

* Make sure to anneal (heat & quench) the coin often to keep the metal in a soft state when using this repair die.

SAFETY FIRST:
- Always wear safety glasses
- Keep fingers and loose clothing away from pinch points when using the repair die

Thanks, and here's to your coin ring-making success!
