Although shipping is beyond my control, I take full responsibility if the package is lost in the mail, I will refund your money in full including the shipping cost, after investigate the matter and cross check to the post office
However I do not refund shipping cost for undeliverable packages such as wrong address or unclaimed package.
Return shipping cost is customer's responsibility and I will refund the money minus the shipping charges to your paypal account.
Custom Orders, OOAK and SALE items are non refundable and non exchangeable.
