Measure with a soft tape measure or a string and a ruler where you would like to wear your keepsake garter. Order your exact size and I will take of inches to account for the stretch. Your toss garter will be a bit smaller. Due to variation in body composition, garters fit differently on each person, even 2 people of the same measurement. My garters are made to stretch to fit and stay up on that measurement, but the fit will be different on each person due to leg tone. If you are ordering as a gift you will have to make your best guess. People of the same weight, height and clothing size can have a different thigh measurement.

Your order will be sent out in 2-5 business days, depending on my current order volume. Business days do not include the day of order, Saturday, Sunday or any US holidays. Once your order ships, it will be delivered 2-5 days later. For shipping plus processing, allow up to 2 weeks to receive your order in the USA. If you have already ordered click on "you" on the top right of any Etsy page when you are logged in, then click "purchases and reviews" and then "view receipt". This will have your order date, the day your order will ship by and other shipping info. You can also track your package here once it ships.

Orders to Canada are usually delivered 2-3 weeks. Other international orders usually arrive in 3 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks.

If you are in the USA you may place a rush order by adding the one week rush shipping upgrade at checkout. The one week includes processing and shipping time, in the USA only.

Yes I sell garters separately. Check the single garters section by going to the main page of my shop and then click on single garters on the left. Some sets also have the option to order the keepsake only.

All sales are final. I custom hand make each order in your size and selected colors. If there was some mistake or defect (rare) I will exchange it only for what was originally ordered. Since all sales are final, you can order satin swatches in my shop to see the ribbon color before you order. You can also request to order lace samples, rhinestones, pieces of sashes etc...

If I have already begun work on your order there are no cancellations. Each item is custom hand made to order so once the production has begun, it can not be cancelled, even if your item has not shipped. If I have not begun work on your order, I will cancel.
