Additional policies

We stand by our creations! Proper care is essential. Heat transfer vinyl is very sensitive to high heat. It is important to never iron over the design or expose to high heat (such as in the dryer). For best results hang dry or tumble dry low. We cannot guarantee items that have been exposed to these conditions.
While some of our items may be dishwasher safe, we recommend hand washing all dishes unless otherwise stated on your invoice.
Items will be ordered and processed upon receipt.
