The item is amazing craftsmanship and I am happy with the purchase. The only issue I have is I requested the tray with this item. I was under the assumption it would be metal but it is made of wood. It is however good quality and I am fine with it but just know it is a wooden tray.

The Elite Cedar Shoe Shine Valet is exquisite. I'm thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship of this box. I was initially hesitant to spend this amount for a shoe shine box. My concerns were immediately put to rest when I unboxed this future family heirloom. There is ample room for storage of 2 XL horsehair brushes, 2 daubers, 2 wax polishes, 2 cream polishes, 6 chamois, and still room to spare. What sold me on this valet are the two rails. I have chronic back pain. There is no way for me to bend over far enough to do the final chamois buff. The rails eliminate the need to contort my body into a painful position. Buffing became a breeze. I'm looking forward to using this valet masterpiece for many years.
