From our Silver Botanica vintage goods collection, this set of tumblers are rare, collectable items from the Japan World Exposition (Osaka Expo) in 1970. This was the Edo initial Genroku era. Imagery is modeled after Kabuki, a form of traditional Japanese drama with highly stylized song, mime, and dance. Costume was that of Samurai. Kabuki was very popular during the Expo.

This listing is for a set of two matching glasses. Each glass measures 6" tall x 2 1/4" wide. Imagery is in beautiful condition, no scratches, and great coloring. Gold rim is gently worn and has a small chip on one glass. Overall, in good vintage condition.
