For Orders within the EU

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me by email within 14 days of receipt of your purchase, so that I can arrange a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, the items will need to be sent back unworn, in their original condition and packaging. A full refund will be made, the return postage cost is payable by the customer. Within the EU shipping at the standard rate will be refunded, however, the buyer is responsible for return shipping.The cost of returning the item will be dependent on the postal rates in the customers country. For hygiene reasons, I cannot refund earrings.

All items will arrive placed in a lovely blue organza bag.
I will post the items through the Royal Mail and I will contact you as soon as I have posted it.

Please check that your shipping address is correct.

The items will be posted a padded envelope. For peace of mind, I can send your items tracked and signed upon delivery, for an extra cost, please contact me for details.

A Certificate of Posting is obtained for every order. This offers limited coverage for postal loss (determined by Royal Mail on a case by case basis). In the rare event that an order is lost in the post, I will file for a loss, however this generally takes several weeks from the time of filing, (overseas packages cannot be filed as lost untll after 25 working days have passed). For this reason insured or trackable postage is recommended.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and custom charges that may be incurred. All international orders will be sent via Airmail, with delivery times depending on the country.

Royal Mail's estimated postal delivery times:
UK: 1-3 working days from despatch
EU: 3-5 working days from despatch
Rest of World: 5-7 working days from despatch

Royal Mail's estimates for international delivery are very optimistic, please allow an additional 2 weeks before worrying, and note that delivery times may be extended by public holidays and during busy periods.

International deliveries are not notifiable as lost until 20 working days (25 outside Europe) after the Royal Mail expected delivery date.

Lost items:

Items sent in the UK are not considered lost by Royal Mail until 15 working days have passed. Please allow up to 3 weeks. I will offer a refund on one-off items and I will replace those items that I can make again. You can still however request a refund if you do not wish to have a replacement.
