All cards and prints are packed securely in a cello sleeve. The prints also come with a cardboard backing to ensure it doesn't crease or bend. For added security, both the cards or the prints are placed in a padded envelope bag or a hard envelope mailer bag. Once shipped we do not hold responsibility of it. We do provide extra notice by placing stickers on our mailers to inform handlers not to bend or crease the parcel. For larger items, we may use a cylinder case holder to ship your orders.

Orders are usually shipped within 3 working days after payment is received. Custom made items usually take longer between 1-2 weeks turnover. All items within Australia are sent via priority service mail with the option to upgrade for express shipping.

Please note: Due to covid, Australia post has no longer offered priority service. Please allow an additional few more days.

Australia : 3-5 working days or next business day via express post (additional charge).
Rest of the world: 7-14 working days

All international orders are sent via Australia Post International Airmail. Please note: Australia Post does not provide tracking for local mail or international orders unless it's an express postage. Express postage for international orders can be arranged with us at an additional cost (depending on location).

Any duties or customs fees charged for international orders are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping prices are based off weight to both international and local areas from Australia Post and is priced to compensate for the heaviest weight and also includes costs of packaging, delivery and fees that Etsy charges. Pricing is subjected to change when necessary.

I deal with all custom orders through my email. A proof will be sent to you for final approval before I have the print sent for printing.
