Terrible customer service. Days before this was supposed to arrive they cancelled my order. This was after they confirmed they had made the bag but for some reason they did not ship it. Not did they reach out with any explanation. I waited over 2 months for this items so they held on to my money that long. I would not purchase from this company.

I am very disappointed. The leather bag I have received is not as described. It is produce of a poor quality vegetable leather with a strong chemical smell. The handle is secured to the bag with thin leather sections, which I expect will not hold out through regular use. Furthermore, the bag is not as per the images with a different buckle detail to that which is shown on the website. I have requested to return this bag via private messages but have received no reply from the seller. I would avoid buying goods from this shop.
