Returns and exchange details

CANCELATION- AND RETURN RIGHT

Consumers can cancel their contract within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving reasons in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail). For the timeliness the date of posting is determinative (however, this does not apply to custom-made goods). Conditions for redemption are the integrity and purity of the product.
 The purchase amount will be refunded after receipt of the goods. For this matter we use a processing time of up to 14 days. The fee of return will be borne by the buyer. Freight collect returns will not be accepted, we reserve the right to return them to the sender, or to make a reduction in the amount to be refunded.

Shipping policies

DELIVERY AND DELIVERY CHARGES

Upon receipt of the deposit, order is sent to the specified customer address.
We ship as registered or insured postal package so we can guarantee a safe arrival of the goods.
Delivery costs for Austria 3. - Euro
Delivery costs for EU countries 5. - Euro
Delivery cost international 12. - Euro

In case the package or goods have been damaged by the shipping company, this must be reported to us.
 A total loss of the package is assumed after 20 days. This assumption must be reported to us as well. If the loss or damage is not reported on time, there is no insurance cover for the shipping clothes and the goods or the invoice amount can not be refunded.
If ordered goods can not be delivered and go back to us, we will charge for the costs we incur, the shipping costs and an additional processing fee of Euro 15,-.


PERIOD OF DELIVERY

Within Austria the period of delivery usually amounts up to 2 working days, in all other EU countries 2 to 14 days.
