Returns & exchanges

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you are not, we accept returns or offer to exchange your purchase within 30 days of purchase. Regular price merchandise may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the original shipping date found your packing list. Gift Items can be returned for exchange only within 30 days. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged unless there is damage to an item or an incorrect item was received. Please review the Return Procedures below on how to process a return for refund or exchange.

Please note shipping fees (initial shipping cost & return shipping) are non-refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURES:
• Original receipt (packing list) or gift receipt must accompany all returns or exchanges.
• Returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging. Opened merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange.
• An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number is required for all returns. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted. To obtain an RMA number, email hello@PancakesForBreakfast.com with RETURN in the subject line. In your request, please include the order number as well as the reason for the return.
• Once you have received an RMA number, clearly print it on the return address label of your packing list and affix it to the outside of your box. Please return merchandise to us through a delivery service that provides a tracking number (i.e. FedEx, UPS or USPS registered mail). We strongly recommend that you insure the package. We are
not responsible for packages returned with no tracking information. We do not accept returns via COD.
• RMA number(s) are only valid for 30 days after issue. Pancakes For Breakfast must receive your return package(s) within this 30 day period. RMA numbers will not be reissued under any circumstances.

DAMAGED GOODS:
We do everything we can to ensure that the products you receive are in the best possible condition and are not damaged in any way. However, if you receive your artwork in a damaged condition please contact us immediately. We will happily replace the item if the purchaser contacts within 5 days of receiving the Pancakes For Breakfast product. If you feel that your product has been damaged during shipment please follow these Damaged Item Procedures:

• Email hello@PancakesForBreakfast.com with Damaged Goods in the subject line. In the body of the email include your order #, name and address, and date of receipt.

• You must include at least one photo that shows the damaged area in a clear way.

• You will receive a reply email with shipping instructions. Once Pancakes For Breakfast has received the damaged item a new one will be shipped to you immediately.

We ship using UPS.

All orders for in-stock inventory received by 11:59pm will be shipped within 2-3 days from the next day unless otherwise notified. Once shipped you will receive tracking information to learn time of delivery and the status of your package.

Custom orders are shipped 4-6 weeks from the date of order.

1. How do I care for my print?
Our prints are made of Organic Cotton Sateen they are easy to care for. This material is delicate but quite durable. If your print needs a little cleaning, just use a wet cloth to spot clean or soap and water. Because of their delicate nature, from
time to time they will develop wrinkles or dents from shipping. In this case, we recommend using steam to take it out.
If you don’t have access to a steamer, holding the affected area over a kettle of steaming clean water for a minute or two should do the trick. This may wet the fabric, but it will soon dry with no marks.

2. Do you have any hanging instructions?
Each print has a saw tooth hanger on the top back of the print. Place the nail or other hanging hardware on the wall where you’d like the top center of the print to be. Our prints are extremely light and require only lightweight hanging hardware.
Cutouts require medium duty hanging hardware. Please see our Cutout Hanging Instructions for further information.

3. Can I customize the artwork?
Yes. All of the Animals prints can be customized for an additional fee of $25. Please allow 4-6 weeks for production time.

4. Does the artwork that look just like what I see on my computer?
Your print will look very much like what you see on your computer. Unfortunately since every single computer monitor is different, colors may vary slightly when compared to what you see on your screen. If you would like a fabric swatch to see the color in person, we will happily mail you one for $1.

5. Do you serve pancakes? If so do they come with a side of bacon?
No. No.

6. Do you have any suggestions on which prints go well together?
