Description

Nothing tells the story of life in south Louisiana like the dugout canoe. Once used to traverse swamps, make a living trapping, and even go to school, this miniature replica captures all the history that it represents. This dugout is carved from Louisiana Cypress. It is beautifully displayed on a grass display. It also includes a scaled paddle and fishing pole to complete the scene. The dugout is signed by the artist. The scene measures about 6 inches long.

Because this is a handmade items, each is unique. Cypress is used to create this set; however it may differ very slightly from picture. (i.e wood grain, shape, etc.)

Upon receiving order, we will confirm purchase, hand carve, and ship within 4-5 business days.
