I'm trying to send all orders of my customers as soon as possible. For manufacturing and packaging of accessories I need typically about 3 days. But if the product should be done with a personal design I need a little more time - about 5 days.

I recommend making orders in advance having enough time remaining with a reserve before the important event. Postal service is not an ideal machine, unfortunately, so it's better to be safe from accidental delays in deliveries. This is especially true during the holidays.

All our buyers receive a track number to control location of the parcel at any time. Typically, system number is registered in 2-3 days after shipping.

If the post office employee brought the package, and you were not at home, you have to take it by yourself, otherwise it will return back as unclaimed.
