Returns and exchange details

Because of the nature of printed items, no exchanges will be allowed. Refunds will be at the discretion of the seller.

A proof will be sent to you before I begin printing for almost all custom/personalized orders (banners and cupcake items are the exceptions). If the issue is a typo that is shown clearly on the proof and it was approved by you, no refund will be given and any reprinting will be an additional charge. If the issue is my mistake, I will happily offer you a refund or a reprint of your order at no charge.

Shipping policies

Please note, I will issue refunds if your actual shipping cost is considerably less (over $1 difference) than what is charged.

Additional policies

New design custom orders almost always have design fees attached, depending on the complexity and if the design can become part of my permanent line.
