Once a listing is purchased, a link will be sent by Templett to the email address connected with the Etsy account (within 10 mins). The link will take you to the Templett site where you can access the templates purchased.

If you have already created an account on Templett before, you can simply log in to your account to access your new purchase.

• Backgrounds can be edited for color, deleted or new ones added
• Upload your own image

WHAT CAN'T BE EDITED:
• Size of document
• Orientation of document
• Some text elements are included as graphics & NOT editable
• Some floral graphics/artwork are locked in place & CAN’T be moved

Absolutely not! Everything you need is within the Templett in-browser program - ready to go. No downloading of any programs or fonts.

We recommend editing in Chrome, but Safari or Firefox work also.

We offer download options that allow you to print ANYWHERE!

DOWNLOAD OPTIONS:
• PDF - for home printing, copy center or print shop (use the "Save Paper" option to format multiple templates on 8.5"x11" or A4)
• JPG - for photo lab or print shop
• PNG - for text, email or social media sharing

WHERE TO PRINT:
• Home printer
• Copy center such as Staples, OfficeMax or FedEx Office
• Photo lab such as Walgreens, Costco or mpix.com
• Local print shop
• Online**

**But be sure to check if Online Vendor sizes are compatible with template file sizes listed.

If you require a template size to be changed, please purchase the Add-On listing for Size Change (please see item description for details).

Sorry, currently we are not offering any customizations to current designs listed in the shop, or new design requests. Please read the item description carefully and seek any clarification before you purchase.

Our business hours are 8am - 3pm EST (M-Sa).
We do our best to respond within 24-48 hours (M-Sa). If there's a large volume of emails, or if troubleshooting is required, a reply can take longer.

The template is good for one use only & the purpose stated in the listing.

- Template expiry: 1 Year after purchase. Reactivation will be chargeable at $5 per template.

- Edit & save: unlimited times.
- Max downloads: 25 times. Extension can be provided on case by case review basis.

In any case where the template is being used for anything other than the stated purchased design, access to the template will be revoked immediately.

If a template resize has been requested, the original order template will be resized. We cannot provide multiple templates of different sizes in this case. If you don't wish to overwrite the original template & alternate templates of the same design are required, you may purchase additional templates

• Templates are for Personal Single Use and Purpose Only as mentioned in the listing description. Access will be revoked if templates are being misused.

• Every template is Single Use Only (to make only 1 end product out of it).

• If you wish to use the template for any purpose other than shown in the listing, you need to inform us at the time of purchase.

• You may not copy, share, reproduce or transfer any of the files to a third party.

I’m afraid not! The graphic and font assets are for use only within the Templett program and for the purpose stated in the listing. They are an important business resource and have taken a considerable amount of time to source/produce.
Kindly note template purchase does not include any free/paid access to assets used.
