The pottery mugs are truly beautiful. Well made ,showing a keen eye for his country's traditional designs and his own modern ideas. Coming from Bulgaria I expected a lengthy delivery time but I was pleasantly surprised at its prompt delivery. Tracking information was always kept up to date. His artistic flair is amazing!!!! I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Satisfaction was definitely achieved. Many thanks. I will be back!

About a 12-16 oz tumbler that goes with the pitcher that I ordered. Very well made and a great quality. The pattern and coloring is quite nice. The artist is very communicative. Packaging and shipping were careful and fast.

I am sorry that due to an unfortunate mistake the mug was sent back. Unfortunately, all repeated attempts to contact the seller have failed. I don't understand. Pity. Contact was made instantly. Thanks. I'm waiting for a new cup. There are misunderstandings that are not the fault of either party. The seller is definitely very professional
