Please treat our jewellery with care. Made from solid precious metal of Sterling Silver, this ring will tarnish if left exposed to the air while not being worn. Please store your ring in a covered box, or soft cloth while not wearing. Clean using a paste made of bi-carb soda and water, rub over ring and wash.
Remove jewellery before cleaning or swimming in chlorine.
We recommend you remove all jewellery before bed.

All of our pieces are placed in a jewellery gift box and wrapped in tissue paper, so our customers have a beautiful experience when opening their orders.



What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your jewellery order will be delivered to you placed in a jewellery box and wrapped neatly in bubble wrap and tissue paper, then placed in a yellow or white secure envelope to keep your product carefully protected.


Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

You can change your shipping address by contacting us. Please note you will need to notify us within 2 hours of placing the order.



Can I add items to an existing order?

Sure! Please contact us within 24 hours and we will help arrange additional items for you.

We will do our best to make our own representation of the design you have in mind adding our own subtle flair . If you would like specific jewellery details to match an outfit, bridal dress or bridesmaid dress please contact us and we can make your request for you!



How are the rings sized?

All sizes are based on Australian/UK standard ring sizing. Click on the size chart in the bottom navigation on the site, or contact us here. As part of the checkout process you will be asked for your ring size. We make our rings in any sizes, including half sizes. Please have your finger sized by a reputable jeweller to establish your correct finger size.

What if my ring doesn’t fit properly?

We will happily exchange it within 14 days. Please see more info in the shipping and returns details. Please be aware, most of our rings are custom made upon your specific order. If you decide you need to return your jewellery, there will be a non-refundable charge of $40.00 Aud.

No Sorry. If no one is home during business hours your package could end up at your local post office. To avoid a failed delivery attempt please use an address where someone can sign for your package during business hours, ie. a business address. See our Shipping & Returns page for more info.
