Description

These water bottle labels are so cool and will add a nice touch to any event. They'd be great to use for baby showers. So easy to print and add to any standard size water bottle. Print them at home or at any professional printing service.

Once you purchase, leave your event details in the "Notes to Seller" section at checkout. The colors can be changed to fit your theme. I will revise the wording as necessary until you are happy. A pdf file will then be emailed to you.

Once you receive the pdf of your customized labels, print as many as you need and cut them out. Full sheet sticker paper is the best option although plain white cardstock would work well too. Then just tape the labels to the bottle (remove the corporate label first) using double-sided tape. These are extremely cute and will make any event special.

I custom make all items in my shop. I do NOT offer refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was mine. I do offer insurance on shipping damages if you desire to pay the fee charged by the post office for it. Proofs will be sent after purchase. I recommend you make as many revisions/changes as necessary until you are happy before giving final approval. Once the items are printed/made, any revisions will require a new order. Customized items require input from the buyer. If no info is provided either at purchase or through Etsy convo, there will be a delay in processing your order. I will not offer a refund or cancel your order simply because you fail to provide info for customizing your order. I will not begin to process your order until payment is made and approval is given. I will provide a digital draft (proof) of all customized items via Etsy convo usually within 24-48 hours. It is the buyer's responsibility to check and confirm the proof before your order can be processed. All communication regarding a purchase from my shop will be through Etsy convo and/or email. A delay in approval will cause a delay in processing your order. No refund will be given for delayed orders that do not receive necessary input or confirmation in time.

Please be aware that I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items once it ships. If you'd like insurance on your order, convo me to purchase insurance for your shipment to have it covered by USPS. I will ship to the address on the order. If you prefer a different address within the US than what is on the order, please convo me. It is up to you to verify the correct shipping address. If the address on the order is incorrect, your delivery may be delayed.

*USPS advertises a window of 2-5 days for First Class Mail and 2-3 days for Priority Mail, but they do not guarantee either. USPS will not provide a refund if the delivery takes more than 3 days. Most often orders are delivered by USPS within the 2-3 day time frame. However, to ensure your order is shipped in time for your event, the best option would be to plan ahead and place your order early.

**Once a package crosses the U.S. border, there is no way to track it because it switches over to your country's carrier. I do not pay VAT, import, or any other shipping-related taxes, so please be aware of your country's requirements and understand that Customs may cause delays in receiving your order.

Yes, any item in my shop can be customized for you. There is no fee for customization of the wording, fonts, and/or colors of any item listed in my shop. I recommend sending a convo first so I can better accommodate your request. A custom order request is not required to just change the name, font, wording or colors of an already existing listing in my shop.

Yes, I enjoy custom orders. I'd love to create something special just for you! Keep in mind that custom orders do require additional time for me to create something different and unique to my shop outside of my current listings. A custom order request is not required to just change the font, wording or colors of an already existing listing in my shop. I love to create but I can't read minds and I'm not always able to see your vision. If you have a unique request for something different, please provide a pic or example (like a themed invite) of what you are looking for so I can help. Please consider the size of the item as well, as too many ideas/ themes may not come across on small labels like for hand sanitizers.
I love pushing my creative boundaries. However, I may not be able to accommodate your request for a unique sample (either digital or physical) before purchase. My priority is to complete the open orders I currently have. Keep in mind that if I am able to accommodate your request to produce a sample of your unique idea but no purchase is made, I may use the sample product and offer it as a listing in my shop to other buyers.
If you need your order by a specific date please contact me before purchasing to be sure I can accommodate your request. I will not be responsible for items arriving late when no prior communication was given about the date the order was needed. In addition, I do not print without approval to do so. I'm not sure why this question is asked so often. Yes, the name and date can be changed. The name and/or date are what customizes or personalizes the product just for you. Most of my listings have a pic of the product using mock data or sample text to give you an example of what the customized product could look like. I'm happy to change the name, date, event title, etc to reflect your needs. A custom order request is not needed to change the name, date, font, colors or wording. Customization of an order is free.
Digital labels are sent via email or provided as an instant download. You'll receive a pdf file with 24 labels per page. Print as many pages as you want to get your desired number of labels onto white 8.5 x 11 sticker paper and cut out each label. Apply the label to bottle.

Peel & stick labels are mailed to you via USPS first class mail for delivery within 2-5 days. There is a fee for priority or Express shipping. Choose your qty of labels from the drop-down box. Add any customization wording to the "note to seller" box at checkout. You'll receive a draft of your label with the custom wording for your approval or changes. Once you approve, I'll print and cut the labels to send to you.
Any item in my shop can be customized to your liking, preference, and/or theme. There is no fee for customization. For customization of an item, just add your customization request to the "note to seller" box at checkout or send via Etsy convo. To customize means to modify or change. You do not need a custom listing to add a name/date, change the color, or to change the wording.
