Learn how to make your own Spiral Ball Earrings at home with this instructional tutorial and a few simple hand tools; no electricity, soldering, or studio required. This two-page PDF jewelry tutorial illustrates step-by-step how to spiral 20 large-diameter jump rings; adding each ring in a consistently spiraling ‘bottom-wise’ pattern to create the amazing implied motion of the Spiral Ball design. Next, we will add the metal bead with the 17th and 18th rings for an embellished focal point. Optionally, as illustrated in the Lapidary Journal Jewelry Artist Magazine article, if you want to add a gemstone bead embellishment, you will need to enlarge the hole within the bead to allow the curvature of the large-diameter ring to pass through the bead. Finally, the small loop of the earring back is added with the 19th and 20th rings to complete this mesmerizing beauty of the Davidchain portfolio.

Please note that this listing is to purchase the digital PDF download only, and no physical supplies are included. This tutorial is a slight derivative from the project within my fourth published book: Chain and Bead Jewelry Soldering Connections.

My first time buying a tutorial, and using jump rings to make jewelry. Because I'm so new, this took just a minute to make sure I was seeing everything correctly. The photos are very clear, and the use of different colored rings (copper) to show the current step was very helpful. I read it through twice and now am sure I can make this attractive bracelet! Thank you!

Immediate delivery and follow up from the seller. I especially love that the pattern uses different metals to clearly show each step of adding jump rings. Highly recommended!!!
