Sometimes weather conditions, public hoilidays and other occurrences can delay delivery.

The Irish postal services (Anpost) only assume that a package went missing if it is not delivered within 30 days. Since we have no way of tracking and speeding up postal services, we will only offer a full refund of the purchase price or send the order again (if the products are still in stock) if an order is not received within 30 days after the dispatch date.

A re-delivery attempt to a different address is possible against a charge. No refund will be given if the order fails to arrive within 30 days after the second delivery attempt.

We keep most items in stock. Unless otherwise stated, all orders are sent within 2 working days (Saturdays and Sundays not included) and are generally delivered within the timeframe below (following dispatch):

Postal deliveries within Ireland and Northern Ireland: 1 - 3 workdays
Postal deliveries to the rest of Europe: 5 (Germany, Malta, UK, Belgium, Holland...) and 10 workdays (Italy, France Spain, Greece, Gibraltar...)
Postal deliveries to the rest of the world: up to 30 days, depends on the country (USA/Canada should take between 5 - 12 days)
Registered/express post available at an additional charge.

Yes you can return a product within 14 days but you have to let us know first. You will only receive a partial refund (outgoing and incoming postage is not refunded) after we receive the product and after we determine that the packaging was not openend and the product not used in any way. No refund will be given for products that show signs of use, such as finger prints or damage, because these cannot be sold again!

In our delivery charge we include not only the envelope and stamp but also some of the costs incurred by placing the products online (these include Etsy placement fees, Etsy commission, Etsy transaction charges, printout, stickers, etc. However, if you need wholesale amounts, please do not hesitate to contact us by email and we'll give you our best offer (although we are not wholesalers!!). Our commitment towards the environment:
- if you order 2 or more of the same product, we will generally pack it in one bag.
- We recycle all our bubble wrapping - nothing is thrown away.
- We reuse most of our cardboard boxes - only a very small percentage is thrown away for recycling.
- Our padded envelopes are 100% recyclable and made from FSC certified sources.
- We don't use glossy paper: All our invoices and stickers are printed on environmentally friendly and recyclable paper with no fancy and glossy coating.
- We cycle every other day to the post: unless it's really pouring, we will take your order to the post using our Kolibri bicycle.
- In our office and warehouse we only use low consumption computers and LED lighting.

All our metal beads and components are regarded as "Nickel Free". Please note that this does not automatically mean that they contain absolutely no nickel but rather that their level of nickel is equal or below strict levels governed by EU Regulations and Directives. Nickel is a natural element, which is added to metals such as steel in tiny amounts to make it shiny and bright. Besides nickel there are also other metal additives that could cause allergic reactions. Unfortunately we have no means of testing products and have to rely on labels and on what we are told by our suppliers/manufactures. For this reason we also get our products from renowned suppliers/manufacturers such as Beadsmith, Beadalon, Griffin, etc.
