When it comes to dropping off swag at a cache, you want to leave something behind that is cool, memorable and something that you would like to find. Maybe you'd like something to leave in your new cache that was just publish - a gift for the lucky FTF.

"Found It!" tags are here to leave behind for the next cacher to find. Let them know in the log that you left the tag. Let the CO know that you have given a favorite point to their cache and you recognized it with one of these cool smiley faces that have a geocaching slogan.

You can get a set of these 9 tags for a mere $6.00. One set includes all 9 slogans. If you would like a set of 9 tags created with just one of the slogans, contact us and we'll set up a specific order just for you. If you have a favorite slogan that you don't see listed here, we can create those for you as long as it's not too long.

The tags are very durable, 1" in diameter, weatherproof and UV resistant, 1/16" thick, professionally manufactured, collectible ... and best of all, if you want your own saying on them, we can do that at no extra charge! Returns & exchanges

Order Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept cancellations. Once the order is processed, we start to work on them promptly and everything is made to order. The engraving is permanent and we cannot resell items once made with your personalization.

Artwork Proofs
Proofs are provided upon request only, so if you need a proof we make them in the order received to be fair to all customers. Proofs are sent to your Etsy message center and not your email. Once you receive a proof, we would need an approval to continue processing your order. If we do not receive an approval, your order will be delayed. If you do not want a proof it will be made as the example with your personalizations added in place of the examples.

Can I make changes to the original artwork?
We have taken the time to create our artwork. If you decide you want changes to this artwork, additional charges may be incurred which will be agreed upon prior to moving forward with your order. This does not include personalization like name, monograms, etc.

Do you have a refund policy or accept returns?
We evaluate the situation regarding all refunds and discuss them on a case by case basis. Any personalized product will not be offered a refund because of the personalization. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with a refund.

My personalized item has a spelling error or incorrect information, can I receive a refund or a replacement?
Communication is VERY important - if you have provided me with information that is in error, I cannot provide a refund or replacement. If, however, I make a mistake on your order due to spelling, color selection or quantity, then I will make it right and give you a refund or produce a corrected item once I receive the item in error back from you.

Please contact us with an Etsy message prior to placing an order to discuss your intentions for multiple items. We want to make sure you are not overcharged on shipping.

What do I do if my package is showing "delivered" on USPS tracking and I never received it?
You will need to contact the shipping service (USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly to put a search claim in since we don't physically deliver packages, we cannot be liable for any any lost or stolen goods in transit.

What if I need to change my address?
The address that we receive from your Etsy profile is the shipping address we use. All address changes must be sent via conversation and not in the note to seller section. The note to seller section is only for your personalization requests. We can only change it if it's not already been packed and batched for shipment.

What if my package has been returned to you for non-pickup or insufficient address?
The address that we receive from your Etsy profile is the shipping address we use. We will ship your order to the address you provided upon checkout. We will not be held responsible for shipments being sent to a wrong address if that was the address provided at check out and no other communication attempts were made to change it. Please also note that if your package is returned to us for attempted delivery and non-pick up or insufficient address, that all postage will be repaid by the buyer for any returned items and sent to the original address unless you check out with a new address on the listing. A PayPal invoice will be sent to your email for re-shipped charges.

What if I received my product and it's damaged or went missing from transit through the shipper?
We take great care when packing our products for shipping. We pack them for shipment as if we were receiving the products. You have an opportunity to purchase insurance on your order at the time of checkout. All damaged or missing items need to be paid through insurance. Please let us know of any issues as soon as possible. We will only work with the original purchaser, so if you received this as a gift, please contact the person who purchased the product from our shop so we can work with them directly.
