If your package becomes delayed or lost in the mail, we will do our best to assist you in locating the package. We aren’t responsible for lost mail by USPS. If you’d like to add insurance to your shipping, just let us know. Packages that show as delivered to your shipping address are not our responsibility. Please check with your local post office for the package, a neighbor, building manager, mail room, etc. We will do what we can to help, but are limited when the package is marked as delivered.
