Origami stars are widely considered a lucky symbol in Japanese culture, as well as being very stylish.
The star is made from upcycled newspaper and varnished with a slightly glossy water resistant glue. However, it is still at risk of water damage or rips.
The beads are metallic black or dark grey.
The bracelet is elasticated so should fit most people.

Returns and exchange details

As we use a high quality shipping agent, and package all our products carefully, we will not take responsibility for damage during shipping. Therefore, we unfortunately can't offer refunds, if the product has been damaged in transit or if it has not been decorated exactly as you expected.

(Hopefully we can avoid the latter beforehand by discussing what sort of customisation you would like as necessary!)

Products should be able to survive the shipping process, especially as they are well-packaged and shipped through a good shipping agent. However, in the event that there is water damage or other problems with the product upon arrival, we are willing to consult as to whether you would like a replacement or refund.

Due to the high cost of raw materials, it is very difficult for us to refund products, however in the event of severe problems with a product, such as breaks in the wool causing unraveling, it is possible to consult for a partial refund.

Shipping policies

As each product is made to order, and some take longer to decorate than others, the time taken to ship varies. However, if you want to know when the ukulele is likely to be shipping, drop me a message and I can let you know.

I use Royal Mail for all my ukuleles, and will provide a tracking number. However, I would always appreciate you sending me a message when it arrives, just so I know it arrived safely.

knitting + origami:

All products should be shipped within two working days, in the unlikely event that there is an exception to this you will be contacted ASAP. They are shipped through first class Royal Mail and I should be able to provide a tracking number. If possible/convenient, I'd appreciate being contacted when the product arrives, just for extra reassurance.
Thank you!
