Canvas wraps, photographs and necklaces printed on fine art paper are produced once you place your order and are considered custom orders. I am unable to issue refunds or exchanges on custom orders except in case of shipping damage or printing flaws. The company I work with to print on canvas requires reports of shipping or printing flaws be made within 72 hours of receipt in order to qualify for a replacement. Customer service is important to me, feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. Original shipping costs may not be refunded unless damaged by USPS in transit.
Always protect your Fine Art Photography from direct sunlight. UV glass recommended for framing.
