PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME FOR PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Processing times vary depending on the item please see item description for more details. When ordering multiple items please be aware this may extend the processing time. When selecting a shipping method be aware Express Shipping is the only method that has a guaranteed delivery date. First Class and Priority are estimates only. Consider the processing time for the item to be complete, along with the shipping time when placing the order. Returns/refunds will not be made for items that arrive later than the estimated date of arrival.

All of out personalized and digital items are handmade/digitized by Half Moon Embroidery. We do not outsource.

Yes! If you do not see a particular design you would like just ask! We often get ideas for designs from our wonderful customers.

We do not accept returns on personalized items. However if the shop owner made a mistake on the personalization, please contact us for information on a replacement within 10 business days of receiving the item. After the 10 business day period no replacements will be offered. Forced returns will not be accepted. Shipping labels are printed through Etsy so please make certain the address is correct. If an item is returned to us for insufficient address, the customer will be contacted and asked to pay the shipping fee again to have it shipped to the correct address. If no response is received within 30 days the item will be donated. Digital embroidery designs and custom digital designs are non-refundable.

Once the package has been marked DELIVERED by the carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery. We recommend ensuring that the delivery location is secured and monitored, and that someone is available to receive packages when they arrive. If you experience any issues after your package has been marked delivered, we encourage you to contact your local USPS office directly to open an investigation. USPS can pull up GPS coordinates as to where the package was delivered. If they mis-delivered the packages, you are able to apply for a refund through their website.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD DIGITIAL PRODUCTS

Please be sure that you are familiar with your own software, embroidery machine, and the process to download and transfer designs before purchasing digital products. Half Moon Embroidery cannot advise customers on how to use their software or embroidery machine. In general the instructions are as follows for instant download designs. A link will be sent to you to download the design. Click on the link, then selected EXTRACT ALL, click on the embroidery file, and then DOWNLOAD. Copy and paste onto your computer, or onto your USB in order to transfer to your embroidery machine. You won’t be able to directly open the file on your computer unless you have the appropriate software to do so.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS REQUESTS

The order will be shipped to the address provided at check out. If the wrong address is included, please send us a message to cancel the order and you can re-order using the correct address. We are not able to change the address once the order has been placed.

SHIPPING TIME FOR DIGITIAL ORDERS

Digital files can be instantly downloaded after cleared payment. The files will be available under your "purchases" in your Etsy account. The design will also be emailed to the address on file with Etsy. Remember to also check your junk folder for the files. Custom digital files are generally ready within 1 business day. A link to download the design will be sent to you via Etsy message.

~MONOGRAMMED PATCHES~

These monogrammed patches can be embroidered with ANY NAME or INITIALS!

These custom iron-on patches range in sizes from 4" to 7" just select the size from the drop-down menu.

The size selected will be the WIDTH of the patch, the height will depend on the shape chosen.

Under PERSONALIZATION at check out, please include:

1. Name or initials for patch (if initials, enter aBc for first,
last, middle names)
2. Sample number
3. Font number (#1-6 for names & #7-8 for monograms)
4. Font color

If font style and color are NOT entered, I will use the same as shown on the sample.

PLEASE NOTE!!! These patches are iron-on which will provide a permanent bond to most cotton, canvas and fleece fabrics. However, if you intend to launder the item over and over again, it is best to iron-on the patch, and then sew it to the garment for a more secure bond. Also, please be aware that these patches MAY NOT adhere to all types of material since they need to be ironed from the backside. If you are attaching the patch to a thick fabric you may need to hot glue or sew the patches on.

Heat Seal is applied to the back of the patch. Below are the instructions to apply:

1. Before ironing on the patch, pre-wash fabric without fabric softener.
2. Place patch, adhesive side down, in desired position on top of project.
3. Turn fabric inside out and iron from the backside.
4. Press and hold iron for 8-10 seconds on each section until entire piece is bonded.
5. Delicate wash cold, tumble dry delicate cycle low heat. Do not dry-clean.
