Returns & exchanges

Framed cross stitches are sent without glass to minimize the risk of damage, but if it breaks anyhow I will refund the frame so you can get another.

I hope you'll enjoy making my cross stitches for yourself, your friends and family, but since they are my own design it is not allowed to sell them on Etsy or other market places.
