Description

Second Lines provide many work opportunities for brass bands. A Second Line parade is like a moving block party where brass bands and the Social Aid & Pleasure Club dancers perform. The parades last four hours and the routes are about 3-5 miles long (5-8 km). Keep'N It Real Social Aid & Pleasure Club's annual parade is in March and meanders through the 6th and 7th Wards. This is a picture of the ladies auxiliary and the 21st Century Brass Band.

Gallery quality New Orleans print in lustre finish with a thin two-tone white double mat. (Please see additional photos for mats shown.)

The print is approximately 4x4" (10x10 cm) on a 5x5" paper in a vertical 8x10" mat (fits standard US frames). Also available in a 21x30cm mat that fits standard frames in Europe.

Frames available (see additional photos), please inquire for styles. Gift wrapping available. Custom order size prints and cards (either blank or w/ custom text) available.

I am a jazz trombonist who has always had a passion for photography. Living in New Orleans, you see gorgeous scenes every day... things I want to capture and share with you.

I feel extremely fortunate to score an epic photograph shot by Katja last year during carnival. The purchase could not have been more seamless and the photograph arrived quickly and in pristine condition. Cannot wait to hang it on my wall! Thank you Katja!

    Dear Katja,
Thank you. This is a beautiful print of my most favorite city in the world. It depicts the beauty and the atmosphere of the city in winter... Love love love
