Returns & exchanges
It's important to me that you are happy with your experience with Sasstastic Designs. I am willing to do anything within reason to ensure your satisfaction with your transaction. In the event that you are dissatisfied for some reason, please contact me and I will do what I can to make it right. Each scenario is different and will be treated as such.
With custom work, once approval has been given for a design, refunds will not be provided, unless there is a specific defect with the final product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly review the proof for errors before providing approval. Any changes made after the design goes to the printer will incur additional charges that the buyer is responsible for.
All sales for printable invitations provided in PDF or JPEG format are FINAL. Again, please make sure that you thoroughly review the proof before providing approval. In the event the file is corrupt, please contact me, and I will help you determine the issue or get you a working file.
With custom work, once approval has been given for a design, refunds will not be provided, unless there is a specific defect with the final product. It is the responsibility of the buyer to thoroughly review the proof for errors before providing approval. Prints will be sent out via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise requested. According to the USPS, delivery time is 2-3 days. Sasstastic Designs is not responsible for any delay once the package has been sent.
If you require expedited shipping, please convo me with your needs, and I will provide you with a shipping quote.
International shipping is available, although delivery times and pricing will vary. sasstastic designs assumes no responsibilities for any additional fees for international shipping required by the customer's country are the responsibility of the buyer. Please convo me, and I will be happy to provide you with shipping costs to your country.
If you require expedited shipping, please convo me with your needs, and I will provide you with a shipping quote.

Please let me know if you require a design for a specific date. I will do my best to accommodate you, and will also let you know if any rush/expedited shipping fees apply to a particular job.
