All of my rings are made in my eco-friendly studio, using metals that are recycled. The silver that I use is tarnish-resistant Sterling Silver.

If you receive your ring and the sizing is off, please message me and let me know exactly how much the ring needs to be sized to give a proper fit (ie 1/4 size up, 1/2 size down, etc.) Re-sizing fees start at $20. It must be shipped in the same type of packaging that you received it in and is postage paid and properly tracked and insured.

Over time your ring will dull from wear but it can be polished up with a jewelry polishing cloth. I use Klean Karets polishing cloths which you can find on Amazon, but any brand will do. If you order a stone set ring and the stone starts to dull from dirt and grime, you can clean the ring with warm water, a few drops of household ammonia and a few drops of dishwashing liquid. I would use this solution with an old toothbrush to clean the ring followed by a polish with the cloth.

All of my rings are packaged as if they were a gift to someone. The item comes on cardstock backing embossed with my logo, is placed in a tarnish resistant plastic bag, sealed with my logo sticker and then placed in a kraft box that is hot foil stamped with my logo. The box is then wrapped in a nice bow. I can include a personalized note from you to the recipient, just let me know what you would like to say in the note section when you place your order.

I take custom orders and will work with you through Etsy conversations (and emails if you prefer) to design a piece just for you. I can also personalize the inside of the ring with a custom stamping which you can select by ordering the "Custom Inside Ring Stamping" listing when you place the order for your ring. I can also have the ring engraved locally for an additional $50. If you would like this option please convo me and I will create a custom listing for the ring with the engraving charge added to it.

All of my designs are made using tarnish-resistant Argentium Sterling Silver, 14/20 gold-filled, and solid 14k gold. In a few of my pieces I use 18k gold. A very small percentage of people (2%) may have a reaction to Argentium Sterling Silver and in those cases I will offer to make or redo the piece in traditional Sterling Silver.
