I cannot be held responsible for international lost orders, to insure that you do not have a lost package, you can ask for insurance!
::I do not give refunds for lost orders, and Int. buyers. I have no way of knowing when the items arrives to their destinations.

::I will accept a return and exchange for domestic buyers within 2 days of receiving the item. I know exactly when you receive your item, each package gets a delivery confirmation. You will be held responsible for all shipping expenses (the initial ones and for sending it back to me). There will also be a 10% restocking fee. Once i determine your item is in perfect condition and receive your package within 5 business days from the time of inquiry, i will then refund the money.
For custom orders, if there is a problem, such as, size issues or color issues ect. I will do my best to work with you, if not will offer exchange or refund ( less, etsy, paypal fees)

most items will ship within three days, except for the custom orders.
