2. Next, choose your paper color. (Keep quantity set to "1".)
3. (Print Orders Only) In the notes at checkout or in the personalized box, include wedding details such as:
• Bride and Groom's Full Names (first, middle, and last)
• Wedding Date and Time
• Venue Name and City, State
• RSVP Date
• Additional wording needed or changes to existing wording
• Envelope color: Choose between white, ivory, blush, marsala or navy

After your order is placed, a digital proof will be emailed to your email address within 3 business days. Three complimentary rounds of revisions are included. Each additional round of revisions is $30 per round.

Upon approval of proofs, allow one week for printing, and your order will ship afterward. Arrives unassembled.

Letterpress and foil printing take 10-15 business days and ship afterward.

Yes, all wording is personalized with your wedding details. You can add meal options, parents' names, groom's parents' names, etc. Just make sure to leave your custom wording in the notes at checkout, and I'll take care of the rest!

Custom artwork color changes are $40. You may order custom colors from the add-on section of our shop here: Font ink color changes are complimentary.
Samples are mailed exactly as shown. Samples are designed so you can see the colors, quality and clarity before placing a full order. I am unable to offer personalized samples due to the amount of time it takes to design, produce and individually package each order.
Stationery is semi-custom. Artwork colors can be changed for $40. Additionally, all wording can be personalized to meet your needs.
No, I do not provide proofs prior to a purchase. Rest assured, you'll be working with a stationer who has served over 6,000 clients since 2013 and 14 years of professional industry experience in graphic design and stationery design.

Three complimentary rounds of revisions are included with every order, and I won't print anything unless it is approved by you.
Betty Lu Paperie is not liable for typos. Please make sure everything is correct on your stationery proofs, prior to submitting approval to print.

There are many opportunities to view, proofread and revise your proofs. I recommend having three other people, aside from yourself, review proofs.
I try to respond to all messages as quickly as possible. The best times to reach me are during office hours below.

Proofs and/or shipments are not sent during weekends.
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas at this time. International shipping is costly. Most countries charge you an additional import tax upon delivery. Additionally, there are many risk factors involved with lost packages or delays. While I would love to serve clients abroad, the shipping process is simply too high-risk and stressful. I always strive to make sure my clients have the best experience working with me, and right now I don't feel I can adequately meet the needs of overseas clients for these reasons.
Due to the custom nature of stationery, refunds are not available. To cancel, please contact me within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, there is a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation is only available to those who have not received a proof, print or any other format of stationery via email, mail or other method.
