Orders cancelled before the following Monday, will be refunded in full.

Orders cancelled on Monday or later but before shipping, will be refunded minus a 20% cancellation fee.

UNUSED (neither worn nor washed) products can be exchanged granted the buyer returns the item and pays all shipping costs. There is a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. A 35% restocking fee is required for custom and/or difficult to resale items.

Any mistakes on our part will be corrected free of charge. Items can be returned for correction or replacement. Proof of mistake must be provided. Partial or full refunds may be issued depending on the mistake.

The shop must be contacted within ONE WEEK of delivery for any mistakes, returns or exchanges. Items must be shipped back within TWO WEEKS of receiving. Items returned without notice will NOT be refunded.

I ship USPS Priority (2-3 days) on all domestic orders and USPS First Class International for international orders. Turn around is 2 weeks for under garments and 3 weeks for swimwear and custom orders. Custom fabric requests may take longer. If you need a rush order or are trying to meet a deadline, please notify me BEFORE making a purchase. International buyers are responsible for knowing about and paying for any customs charges.

Everything in this shop is made by hand to order. There may be slight differences between the items pictured and the items recieved. I also sometimes have a difficult time obtaining the exact fabric in a photo if my supplier suddenly stops carrying it. Any time this occurs, I will contact you with the options available. If you do not respond within 24 hours, I will be forced to make a decision on my own in order to get your shipment out in time. Please keep watch for notifications!!!
