Description

Transform your old thin, plastic electric heating pad into a luxurious pillow of warmth! This cover is soft polyester fleece with a zipper closure and muslin lining to prevent shifting and pokey corners. Optional polyester padding, gives a resilient, cushy pillow-like softness that masks the hot wire ridges. No more floppy towel wraps and annoying plastic slip-n-slide and scratchy corners!

Returns & exchanges

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details

Items shipped in error, damaged, of unsatisfactory quality or defect in materials or workmanship can be returned, unused, within 1 week for a full refund, no questions asked (including shipping). I will provide you with a prepaid mailing label and your refund will be processed when the returned item is received in the Comfort Covers workshop.

Returns and exchanges due to customer error, or if you changed your mind, are accepted if you message me within 3 days of receiving your order. Customer pays shipping. A refund of the item price will be issued immediately upon receipt of the returned item, in it's original condition, in the Comfort Covers workshop.

Shipping policies

Shipping prices are not padded for profit, only to cover costs.

All items are shipped via US Postal Service, First Class Mail in lightweight plastic mailers. This keeps the cost as low as possible for you. Multiple items are shipped separately in order to keep the weight and size within the First Class Mail max of 13 oz.

Additional policies

I work very hard to provide a quality product and to assist you in purchasing exactly what you're looking for. Personal Customer Service is my priority - But I understand that buying online is not an exact science, and mistakes happen. So please, if you have ANY dissatisfaction when you receive your cover, message me immediately so we can work out a mutually agreeable solution.

Regular shop hours are Mon-Fri, 8am-7pm eastern standard time, for customer correspondence and inquiries. I can't promise 24/7 response time like the amazons and walmarts of the world, but I am diligent about replying quickly during shop hours :)
