This is a digital version (PDF file) of a monograph that has been available for many years. I have been asked several times about providing a digital copy and I have finally been able to make it possible through Etsy. Since this is a digital item, no physical copy will be shipped. If you would rather have a hard copy, you can purchase one from my shop. This is the only place where you can get a digital version of this monograph.
This digital version of a softcover monograph explains how to weave four-harness patterns on a rigid heddle loom using 3 rigid heddles of the same size (dent). This is achieved through the weaving of a sampler that uses all of the treadlings or "lifts" that are possible on a four-harness loom. Although this sampler was woven on a Beka rigid heddle loom, there are many other makes of looms that will accommodate multiple rigid heddle weaving. The sampler, which is 18 inches wide, was designed for the intermediate weaver who has experience weaving on a rigid heddle loom or a four harness floor loom. The directions in this book assume that you know how to warp a loom and can read a draft. If you are a beginning weaver, you should weave a small project on your rigid heddle loom before tackling a project of this size. Originally published in 1985, this book is 8-1/2" by 11" and is 22 pages long.
