I thought this was a hand painted pillow, which was not the case. Clearly states printed. Beautiful nonetheless. Arrived in 49 days.

If you purchase from this seller you had better hope all goes well. If there are any issues, you'll be out all your money and be stuck with a below standard product. Happened to us. Avoid.

This customer placed 2 orders. Before placing 1st order, they inquired what the shop return policies were and they were informed through direct dialogue as well as stated in my shop policies. Customer never indicated before the 1st purchase that, if in fact, they were pleased, that they would place an additional order. They then placed 2nd order. The dye lot did not match 1st order, they were offered to have replaced and chose to return instead and received a full refund for the second order. At this time, they knew the return policy of the shop and had had merchandise from 1st order for over a month and a half. They then reported the "case" to Etsy and Etsy has closed the case in the favor of this shop. As anyone can see in my reviews, I pride myself with my art, products and customer service.
