This is the second time I’ve ordered from this shop. I needed 4 baseballs for my coaches. They were out of red laced ones but had blue laced ones in stock. Karen’s communication & customer service is OUT OF THIS WORLD. She was expecting the red laced ones to be back in time for me to order by my deadline but due to shipping delays that were out of her control, she wasn’t able to get them in in enough time. The blue laced balls still worked wonderfully since our team color is blue & they look AMAZING. 1000% recommend ordering from here!!! Thank you so much, Karen!!!
