Even your packaging and care is top notch and even though it was manufactured and shipped quickly there was no compromise with the quality. We had a little incident about this bag. First of all it took a little while to get here (almost a month), the package arrived damaged, but the dust bag protected the bag so the product itself wasn’t damaged. I paid the duty and took it home (because that’s Germany custom 😅) upon opening the package I found a lot of small spots, as if the leather was picked, because it is suppose to be a smooth leather bag, I contact the seller and enquire about that. I took photos and asked if the bag is damaged and I asked for a replacement because it’s meant to be a present. Anyhow the communication was a bit slow, but the seller did send me a replacement and the second one is perfect. Despite the hiccups, the seller was nice and I did get what I wanted. So I still give the shop a 5-star review. Thank you!!
