My plushies are all handmade and should be treated with care. Spot clean with a damp cloth or hand wash with mild soap.
Many of my items are handmade to order and require a creation time which is listed in the item's description. Requests for faster shipping or shipping by a certain date made in the "notes to seller" section will NOT be honored. Please be sure to leave plenty of time when ordering, especially around busy holidays.
I do not accept custom orders at this time.
Double check your address before placing your order to insure it is correct (including unit number, street suffix, etc). Please use your legal name as appearing on your photo ID in the event you must prove your identity to receive your package. I'm happy to ship to another name, but cannot be held responsible if you are unable to retrieve your package as a result.
Items that are unclaimed, incorrectly address, or refused will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping, when (or if) they are returned to my possession.
