Color, text changes and the addition of personal photos are free. There is a $22 design fee for changes beyond these like mixing and matching styles from other boarding pass designs. Custom designs start at $50. You are allowed 5 free digital proofs to correct the details and request changes to the design. This is usually more than enough to finish your order. After which, a fee of $5 per proof submission will apply.

Shipping rates are calculated at the end of the project. US orders of 15 Boarding Pass Invitations ship for about $21 via USPS Priority Mail Service. Priority Mail shipping may take up to 4 business days for West Coast orders and 2 business days for Mid West and the East Coast orders. International orders take about 7-10 business days depending on the destination +/- customs clearing days.

Shipping charges for the delivery and return of your products will not be refunded unless we made the mistake of sending you the wrong item.

Custom designed e-files and templates and sample orders are not eligible for exchange or return. Because of the nature of our business, custom printed envelopes, bags, labels, invitations, welcome kits, cards, programs, menus, favors and other personalized items that were pre-approved prior to production may not be returned or exchanged for another item unless the items in question were damaged during shipping. In which case, we request that you immediately take photos of the outer packaging and other proof of damage and submit them to us as soon as possible.

Additional policies

Insurance is included in the shipping cost that will be quoted to you unless the client waives the signature confirmation requirement. In which case, April Twenty Five will not be held liable for lost packages.

FAQs

There is no limit to the customization options that you can make on any of our products. We do however charge a design fee for orders that require changes beyond the simple , color, font and text revisions.
Our invitations are configured to fit the following standard envelope sizes: A2, A6, A7, #10 and A9. Custom shapes and sizes are available upon request.
