If you need it for an event, please allow as much time as possible (2 months prior at least) to avoid delay or unexpected circumstances that may happen during transit.

Unfortunately, shipping beyond our control so we cannot say for sure if you will get it by the certain date as standard delivery can really vary. Even shipping to the same address, sometimes it takes 10 days but there are times when it takes 20 - 45 days.

However, we can ship with DHL and we can give an estimated delivery date. It starts at $35 to USA, UK, Australia. It's the quickest shipping method (it may be slightly delay due to the high capacity during covid 19 situation especially to Australia, New Zealand, it could take 10-14 days).

We would suggest you to order as early as possible.

All flower crowns are shipped with standard mail from Thailand (no tracking number). If you do not upgrade your shipping method to get tracking number, we cannot help locate your package. Tracking number upgrade is not expedited mail, it just provides record of the package.

++Upgrade to tracking number is available at checkout. However, there is NO tracking info for Canada and Japan as post office do not scan packages unfortunately++

Order more than $100 will automatically get a free upgrade to registered mail, shipped with tracking number.

Please keep in the plastic bag provided, best in the dry place and avoid humidity.

Expedited mail is handled by DHL. Phone number is required.

If you'd like the item to get to you quickly but do not upgrade to courier, we would have to cancel your order. We would contact you first to let you know that it is impossible and whether you would like to upgrade to DHL. If 24 hours has passed and we do not hear back from you, we would refund and cancel the order.

Expedited delivery starts at $25, It usually takes from 5 to 10 days for this method (it can take a few extra days for customs clearance processes). If you refuse your package, it will be sent to destroy. No refund or resend will be processed for this issue.

To avoid item lost in transit, tracking upgrade is an option as you can track your item whereabout.

Please contact us within 3 months after the order is placed.

DAMAGES ITEMS

Our flower crowns are adjustable to fit both kids and adults. It can be worn either on head or forehead.

For wrist corsage, the size between adult and large is around 1 inch difference. Large size is for larger wrist. Basically, those who have larger wrist can also wear adult size but the flower arrangement will be shorter and doesn't look as nice as large size one.

The item must be in new, unused condition in its original package. You will be refunded minus original shipping once we receive the item and confirm that it is in the original condition. You will be responsible for return shipping fee. In order to avoid losing item, please send the item with tracking number for your protection. You must contact us prior to return the item. Return requests need to be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

If the item is somehow returned to us, we will refund minus shipping. If you want us to resend, you will be responsible for shipping fee.

For Canada and Japan, packages with wrong address or unclaimed package will be disposed. No refund for this case.

Shipping cost is non refundable in all cases.

No. The flowers are arranged half front, the back of the crown has no flowers for adjusting purpose because we make the crown to fit both kids and adults.

As for the closure, it's tied with flowers. You can adjust it by simply untie the two flowers on the back, measure your head and tie them back on.
