Description

Decorate your cage floor with a colorful alternative which is both healthy for your pet, and better for the environment.

These liners are made with two outerlayers of very absorbent anti-pill fleece, designed to wick away urine and water spills. You can choose from three different inner layers. An additional fleece layer, a quilting battting with a 1 inch loft, or terrycloth towel fabric which is incredibly absorbent. Whichever inner fabric you choose They are very soft and comfortable for your pet to snuggle into and lay on. In addition to the normal stitching, I have sewn them together at 1 inch and 4 inches from the edge to prevent ballooning in the wash and keep your liners in the proper position.

Please let me know in your notes at check out what color you would like your liners to be. You can pick up to two colors per liner. They are completely reversable giving you two excitng opportunities for decoration.

Machine wash cold, tumble or line dry.

Below I have listed the most common cage types and their sizes. If your cage isn't one of these sizes please contact me for a custom order so that we can get you one that fits your cage and your pet. Custom liners will be $6/ square foot.

    Item shipped in the time estimated and is good quality. However in the description provided by the owner 105qt bin and 18x30 wire cage are listed together. This product is much too small to safely put in my hedgehogs wire cage. I fear he’d get under it and not be able to get out if I were to use it. I tried contacting the shop owner when I first received the product and was told the wire cages and 105qt bin were different sizes and no steps were taken to remedy the problem. I know in the description it says it will be a few inches small than the top to fit the bottom but upon measuring my cage the bottom is about 16.5” x 28” and the mat itself is closer to 15”x26.5”. I now have two cage liners that I can’t use. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the quality of the product seems functional.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
We do accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and you contact us within 7 days of the items having been marked delivered (Note that this is 14 days for all EU customers). We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges on custom items, this includes, but is not limited to, cage liners, and any pick your pattern or color items. The buyer is responsible for shipping it back to us and any refund (minus shipping) will be processed once recieved in excellent condition. For exchanges, the buyer will be charged shipping for the exchanged item.

All Desert Hedgehogs products come with a 30 day warranty, which covers only defects in materials. This does not cover (including but not limited to) damage during shipping, intentional damage, or damage caused by misuse of the product.

You can also opt for a replacement product. You may ship the product back and once received we will ship you a new one.

If we can fix the damage by shipping you a replacement part we reserve the right to choose this option in lieu of a full refund. Please do not attempt to fix the damage prior to contacting us. Doing so may damage the item further and if we can not sort of what you have damaged from the initial damage this may void your warranty.

Items ship USPS usually first class or ground. We have priority (2-3 day) or express (1 day) available upon request, we can create you a custom listing for a shipping upgrade. Your shipping cost includes tracking number, but not insurance. If you'd like insurance, especially for a large order, please send us a conversation and we'll create you a custom listing. If you want any other custom services like signature delivery, or want to use a private carrier, please contact us.

SHIPPING TIME IS NOT PROCESSING TIME.

Approximate processing time is listed with each item and only includes business days (NOT weekends or US postal/bank holidays). Processing time does NOT include shipping - it is the amount of time that it takes for an item to be completed and put in the mail. We understand that our customers would like to receive their items as soon as possible, and we always adhere as closely as possible to the processing time and estimated shipping date. However, orders with multiple items MAY take longer to be completed (as much as one additional business day per additional item in the order).

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misdirected orders. We are not responsible for items held by customs. Please allow for up to 60 days for international orders to arrive, items can take weeks to clear customs in some cases.

If you'd like to upgrade or change your order after you've placed it, contact us promptly. We will do our best to accommodate you but we reserve the right to ship you the item you ordered.
