I cancel orders up to 4 hours as it is usually in the process of being prepared and shipped out. Please ask questions before purchasing.

My parcels are mailed out the day or day after I receive the order, one day away from customs, it is over the border fairly quickly. 7 to 14 days in Canada and 7 to 17 days in United States. I ship free, or without tracking low cost , please ask me for an upgrade in shipping if you woukd like tracking but the cost is usually double. On average , I mail on 1st or 2nd day. Please alow the allottd time for shipping but I am not in control of the mail and am well aware that parcels run late so be prepared to possibly wait longer although I rarely see this.

The mail is out of my control, two weeks has probably being the longest a parcel has taken to arrive , if the parcel has not returned after a month, Please contact me and we can discuss what to do next.

I have shipped over 500 parcels over the last few years, only two arrived broken, one was my fault and I am unsure about the other one. I ask that you take a picture of the box and the item that is broken. When things are expensive , I put insurance on items otherwise i dont please provide me with a picture of broken item and I will refund money exclusing shipping costs.

Right now, many of my vintage items are from my own home, my sisters and fathers, I am pretty confident about the items but I also do my research and find Out as much as I can about an item. I also study pictures online. I then take pictures of each item, showing any scratches, nics, chips or flaws. I however have been known to miss something and depending on the lighting the pictures are not perfect. If you are unsure, please ask me for more pictures. I do try to supply measurements and describe the items as honestly as I can. Please check the pixtures over carefully, vintage items do have wear and what one person things is patina another may think it is not

I try my best to supply correct sizing for the items I sell. When ordering a pattern, keep in consideration that pattern sizes on vintage patterns are smaller.

I package my items to asure they will not break , using tissue paper, wrap, bubble wrap and boxes that I recycle. I do not mind wrapping an article when a request is put in including ribbons and bows.

Sales Are final unless there is an issue with the product, please contact me within 3 days of arrival of item if there is an issue. If it is agreed to return the item, the buyer will be responsible for shipping costs, taxes and duties and other costs that will incur, once I have recived the item and it is as it was sent out, I will refund the cost of the item immediately.

I work hard to please my customers as it reflects on my shop and Etsy itself. If you do not agree with the terms I have layed out above please do not purchase my items. Thank you for however looking.
