We ship your items as soon as they are done with production. Please see each listing for production time.

All items through USPS or UPS. Time in transit is normally 3 - 8 business days or less. Please reach out if you need your item sooner!

Yes! Please note that we accept a limited number of rush orders each month. Before purchasing, please send a message with the requested delivery date to confirm that we can accommodate your timeline. Please also list the items that you are interested in ordering.

Although the wood color in our listing photos may vary, we will make sure that the signs that you order match as closely as possible.

Please note that while the majority of our signs are made with birch, some signs, including directional arrows, are made of pine, . These types of wood absorb stain differently, so some color variation should be expected.

Variations in wood color may also be present when orders are placed/shipped, at different times. Feel free to send a photo of the sign that you have already received from us, and we will do our best to make sure that your new signs are a close match!

During especially busy times, we may limit the number of custom orders that we accept. Please reach out as early as possible!

The lettering on our signs are painted on stained wood. We do not use or sell vinyl decals.

Unfortunately, we do not sell the easels, flowers, greenery, etc... Most of the florals that you see in our photos are fresh & created by the couple's florist.

If your event date is outside of the listed production time, please contact me to see if I can ensure delivery within your timeframe. Please include the need-by date along with the signs that you are interested in ordering. :)
