Cancellation requests must be done within 24 hours AND prior to approval of a proof. Once a proof is approved, it is immediately sent for printing and the assembly process begins.

Returns & exchanges

Please understand that refunds and exchanges will only be made if the merchandise is damaged or defective upon arrival or if the wrong item was shipped. Request for refund or exchange must be made within 3 days of arrival date.

Shipping policies

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail and will include a tracking number. Upgrade to Priority Mail available upon request. Please contact me for a quote or to see if your order qualifies for an upgrade at no extra charge!

CUSTOM WORK POLICY:
Due to the inability to resell, the processing of custom personalized orders will not begin until payment has cleared. I would be more than happy to create a custom order at any time but please understand that in addition to the cost of supplies, there is a lot of time involved in custom work. Due to this, my policy is that the work will not begin until after purchase. Please, if you have a question, do not hesitate to ask!

THE PROCESS:
First, purchase the desired quantity from an existing listing or request and purchase a custom order that better suites your needs. After completing purchase, email your high resolution image to Rebekah.Jones2832 [!at] gmail.com or upload an image using the add photo icon in an Etsy conversation. For photo buttons with text, please be sure to include font and text preferences in your email. I will create and send a proof for your approval before assembling your custom photo button. (You have 24 hours to respond to a proof approval request. If no response is received, the assembly process will begin without any further changes.) Once I have your approval I will send your image to be printed. I will then assemble and ship as quickly as possible. The entire process takes 1-3 days plus shipping time unless there are any delays in getting proof approval or due to circumstances beyond my control. If you have any questions prior to purchase please feel free to ask.

TIPS FOR A GREAT BUTTON:
1. High resolution images produce better prints. Photos may be uploaded via Etsy or emailed to Rebekah.Jones2832 [!at] gmail.com. If you email your image, please be sure that you email as original size. Otherwise they will be greatly compressed for faster delivery.
2. Some images may need to be enlarged or reduced to properly fit the button front. When selecting a photo for your button, consider the shape of your subject. If it fits well inside of a circle then it should work perfectly. If your subject does not fit into a circle just make sure there is enough space around the subject to allow me to zoom out and still have the front of the button completely covered. Otherwise you would either end up with a portion of your subject cut off (from zooming in) or an image that does not cover the entire button front (from zooming out).
3. If you would like text added to your button, please consider the background on which the text will appear. If there is a broad range of tones or if the image is very contrasty, neither black nor white text will show up well. For example: a bright sunlight sky peeking thru a dark silhouette or of a leafy tree. Light colored text won't show up well against the sky and dark will not show up well against the tree. Also make sure that there is a place to add the text. For instance, if you would like a head shot but don't want text across the face, make sure there is a little extra room across the side or top.
4. Don't forget the proof! You will have the final say before the button is created. If you have a specific idea of how you want the final product to look please send me a detailed description. Otherwise I will crop and add text using my best judgment. If I simply cannot create a button that satisfies you using the photo you've provided, you will have the option of sending an alternative photo.

This shop uses only high quality American made button supplies purchased from an authorized Tecre distributor. Please realize that even the highest quality parts due come with certain defects. Pin-back button parts suffer minor scuffs and dings when shipped by the supplier. Any part with defects deemed to be beyond "minor" are discarded and will not be used for any order. These defects are not visible on the front of the button. Your button front is guaranteed to be in pristine condition. If you receive a button that you are unhappy with, please contact this shop to discuss your options.
