You should clean your leather shoes using nonalcoholic wipes. If you have a need to renew the color, it can be done by using shoe polish in the matching color of the leather. For unique leather colors, you can contact during the order (delivery with the ordered item).
The heal is from layers of wood while the bottom part, which comes in contact with the ground is from robber that may wear with time from use. I recommend to replace this part every once in a while at your local shoemaker to insure that the shoes last for years.

The shoes come in a cardboard box rapped in natural paper. Inside the box, each shoe is packed separately in a cloth bag in order to have the ability to store them without the box - it is also great for travelling! Shoes with laces arrive with additional laces in different colors (Such is the case for shoes with leather straps).

I was worried they wouldn't fit, but they couldn't be more perfect! The only thing I have slight issue with was that the sole almost sticks straight out from the like bit of heel, no curve, but after some wear they may start to shape a little. If not it'll just wear down the heel some so you don't notice the lump it makes at the arch of your foot as much.
