I am sorry but I do not do any custom or personalized orders due to time constraints.

Each listing will have a drop down of all colors for that veil. If the color is not in the drop down menu, I do not offer that color. Some laces just do not match darker colored tulles so I offer what I can. Sorry for the inconvenience!

Expect that the processing time will take two weeks plus 3-6 days for shipping (USPS first class mail) OR 1-3 days (USPS priority mail).

IF YOU'RE GETTING MARRIED IN THE NEXT 2-3 WEEKS:
Please order the "rush" listing. I cannot get your order to you within that time without it.

After it ships, please check the tracking to find out when it will deliver. If there are any delays or problems with the address, contact your local post office immediately so that they can help resolve the issue.

Please make sure your address is correct on your order prior to submitting your order. Incorrect addresses can add weeks to shipping time or be returned to sender. If it is returned to sender because of an incorrect address, I can send it out but the buyer will have to pay for shipping.

I can only rush your order if you purchase the "rush" listing. I no longer make exceptions to this rule.

Because each item is specifically cut and handmade to your specifications, returns/exchanges are not accepted do to wrong color, length, lace or style choice for your dress. Please confirm your lace, length, width, style choice and veil color BEFORE placing your wedding veil. If an item is defective, please send me a photo of the defective area within 3 days of receipt - we can then exchange that veil for the exact one (same style, color, width, length etc) that was ordered previously.
